Title: Top Five Government Usability Problems of 2012
Day/Date: Wednesday, July 10, 2013
Time: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Location:  Fairchild
Session Type: 60 Minute Presentation
Description:

Our First Fridays Usability Program is in the unique position to describe persistent usability problems in government digital services. We are the only Federal provider of usability and user experience services and education, and we have tested nearly 30 federal websites, mobile sites and applications last year.

Throughout these tests a few major usability problems seem both common and stubbornly difficult to fix. My presentation will present new data about usability programs that persist in the federal government, and solutions on how to fix them.
