Volunteer

The conference is only possible through the dedication of volunteers.  These volunteers give their time to make UXPA conferences a leading forum for the exchange of ideas amongst UX practitioners.  We need your help!

Onsite Conference Volunteers

Onsite conference volunteers must be available throughout the entire conference, July 9-12, 2013, and contribute 18-21 hours of service during that time. The success of volunteers in the past is based on communication, so attendance is mandatory at volunteer meetings during the conference.

Potential volunteer assignments include staffing the information booth, helping at the registration desk, or assisting session chairs and tutorial instructors. See the information below for Frequently Asked Questions about Onsite Conference Volunteers.

For the UXPA 2013 conference, we will need at least 25 volunteers. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to full-time students. If the available volunteer opportunities have been filled, your name will be placed on the wait-list.
