Description: As moderators, we have to be prepared to face a number of common, uncommon, bizarre, and sticky situations. This tutorial will help both relatively new and experienced moderators identify the variables to consider when deciding how to respond to a situation, improve their ability to handle any situation they encounter, and practice techniques to keep their session as successful as possible. Attendees will role-play moderators, participants, and observers to get hands-on experience. Come prepared with situations you’ve always wondered how to handle, or situations that you wonder how you could have handled differently. Read a preview of this tutorial!
