How can we leverage Personas to be an integrated part of a customer-centered corporate culture? In this presentation we will share the methods we used to create personas at <Company> as well as lessons we learned integrating Personas into the product development lifecycle. We will share materials based on a sample Persona created specifically for this conference. (The actual <Company> Personas are confidential and cannot be shared). After this presentation you will have a greater understanding of how to create your own Personas, leverage them as a program, and integrate them into your company culture.

Biography:
Michael Morgan is currently the Sr. Manager, User Experience Research for Walmart Global eCommerce. Currently, he leads a team of User Experience Researchers who are providing customer insights to help inform and shape Walmart.com’s design, product strategy, and innovation. Prior to joining Walmart, Michael spent 10 years working both as a User Researcher and a Manager for eBay and PayPal and the prior two years with Microsoft. Michael has spent most of his career focused on understanding eCommerce shopping behavior.
