Biography:
Trained as a basic researcher transformed into a usability practitioner, Kath has been in the field for nearly 20 years. Her experience as a behavioral scientist means her to loose sleep over the research rigor, details and data analysis. Her consulting work guiding global organizations, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations drives her toward the pragmatic: concrete and actionable recommendations in plain language. She spends a lot of energy and effort helping practitioners connect the emerging research to their real practice. She is a visible, active contributor to UXPA and to the UX community.
