This tutorial will teach you how to do usability testing on mobile devices using standard products you probably already have - no matter where your collaborators may be: in the next room or the next state. You will not only walk away with a new testing method, but you will be able to impress your business partners with the observation experience, as well as produce high quality video output of your sessions.

Biography:
Laura Bowden is a UX Research Director at Fidelity Investments, where she has practiced UX Research for 12 years. Prior to that she did undergraduate research in neuroscience and genetics, and graduate research in cognitive psychology.
Cindy McCracken is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, she practiced UX Research and user experience design for seven years - most recently at iContact, an email marketing firm, and at Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T). She has a master’s degree in information science from UNC-Chapel Hill and many years of experience as a journalist.
